These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "Player", "User", "you") and aq33 (hereinafter "aq33", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the aq33 website located at aq33.io and all associated services, games, features, promotions, and content offered thereon.

By accessing the aq33 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotion, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. • One Account Per Player: Each player is permitted to hold only one aq33 account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all accounts held by that player, along with forfeiture of any balances, bonuses, and pending withdrawals across all such accounts.
• Accurate Information: You must provide your full legal name, a valid email address, your date of birth, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number during registration. All information must be accurate and kept up to date.
• Identity Verification (KYC): aq33 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including before processing a withdrawal. Acceptable documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. aq33 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
• Account Currency: All aq33 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). aq33 does not support multi-currency accounts.

aq33 reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant without providing a reason, at its sole discretion.

All financial transactions on the aq33 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawal requests:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. Minimum deposit amounts for bank transfers may differ and will be displayed at the time of transaction.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits made via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to your aq33 account instantly or within a few minutes. aq33 does not charge any fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own service charges.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: You may only withdraw funds from your account balance that represent cleared, verified deposits and legitimate winnings. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they qualify for withdrawal (see Section 5).
• Withdrawal Processing Times: Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad wallets are typically processed within one to two hours. Withdrawals to Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, or Sonali Bank accounts are processed within one business day. During periods of high volume or during account verification reviews, processing times may be longer.
• Withdrawal Verification: aq33 may require identity verification before processing any withdrawal. The payment method used for withdrawal must match the payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible.
• Withdrawal Fees: aq33 does not charge fees on withdrawals. Your mobile wallet or bank may apply its own transaction charges.
• Refused Transactions: aq33 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms.

aq33 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be clearly stated for each bonus at the time of offer. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus requires you to place total bets of ৳20,000 before the bonus balance qualifies for withdrawal.
• Welcome Bonus: The aq33 welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 is available to new players on their first deposit only. One welcome bonus per player, per household, per device, and per IP address applies. Attempts to claim the welcome bonus more than once by creating additional accounts will result in all accounts being closed.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses expire within the timeframe stated in the bonus offer. Unused or unmet bonus wagering requirements after the expiry date will result in the bonus being removed from your account without replacement.
• Game Contributions: Different game types contribute differently to wagering requirements. Slots generally contribute 100% of each bet placed. Live casino and table games may contribute a lower percentage, as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Sports bets may have separate wagering contribution rules.
• Bonus Abuse: aq33 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back any bonus, and to close the associated account, where bonus abuse is detected. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts, using a bonus with low-variance gameplay exclusively, placing offsetting bets, or any other activity that aq33 reasonably determines is designed to exploit the bonus structure rather than engage in genuine recreational play.
• Seasonal Promotions: Promotional offers during Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, IPL season, T20 World Cup, and other occasions are subject to their own specific terms, which will be published alongside each promotion.

The following rules apply to all casino games and sports betting activities conducted on the aq33 platform:

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the aq33 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with games, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Colluding with other players in live games, poker rooms, or any other multiplayer environment to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in any game or platform feature. Any winnings derived from known exploits will be voided.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the aq33 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any aq33 content without prior written authorisation.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the platform.
• Use the aq33 brand name, logo, or any associated marks in any manner that could suggest affiliation, endorsement, or partnership without express written consent from aq33.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the aq33 platform using automated means.

Any unauthorised use of aq33 intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action. aq33 actively monitors for and pursues infringement of its intellectual property rights.

Either you or aq33 may terminate your account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

Before closing your account, any pending withdrawals will be processed in the normal course. Bonus balances subject to incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
• aq33-Initiated Suspension: aq33 may immediately suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice if it determines, at its sole discretion, that you have breached any provision of these Terms, provided false information, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if continued operation of your account poses a legal or compliance risk to aq33.
• Effect of Termination: Upon account closure, your access to the platform will cease. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure (net of any bonuses and funds under investigation) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification requirements.
